Our restaurant is an ideal place to enjoy Navarrese gastronomy. Each and every one of our dishes, made with quality ingredients, boasts the personal touch of our chef and manager, Martín Goñi, a great food lover. We are committed to offering exquisite gastronomy adapted to the most demanding palates. The Carte has been devised with great affection and brought together with high-quality products. The restaurant offers daily menus, group and weekend menus plus a varied Carte.

The restaurant remains closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday.

Considering the rich gastronomy of our region, we offer you exquisite stews, pulses and seasonal vegetables from our area. Salads, pastas, roasts and everything you might image. Visit us and enjoy the tastiest freshly-made griddled meat and fish dishes.
CAFETERIA
Savour a delicious coffee or fruit juice and take the opportunity to bite into on one of our tasty tapas, assorted fries or baguette sandwiches, or treat yourself to your favourite dessert…alone or in company, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy our specialities.

A LA CARTE BREAKFAST
We have turned this area into a warm and welcoming place for our guests to enjoy an à la carte breakfast, in which you can choose from a wide variety of fruit, yoghourts, cheeses, cereals, top quality charcuterie, home-made pastries, fruit juices, coffee, breads, etc.

AMONG THE COOKING STOVES OF THE STARS

Martín Goñi Nogués, a native of Ayegui, is the chef of the Hotel Restaurante Casa Luisa. A technician in Pre-processing and Culinary Techniques, his professional journey has been closely linked to top cooks and restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars.

A love of cooking is in his blood. Over the years he has acquired a number of other skills such as organisation, management, technique, knowledge of the product and culinary diversity from such great chefs as David Yárnoz, of the Molino de Urdániz, in Navarre (2 Michelin Stars); Eneko Atxa, of the Restaurant Azurmendi in Bilbao (3 Michelin Stars); and from the brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, at the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca in Girona (3 Michelin Stars).

Martín Goñi has also acted as personal cook to the football player from Ayegui,Javi Martínez, when he first moved to Munich. The footbal player from Ayegui has played for Spanish teams like Club Atlético Osasuna and Athletic Club de Bilbao. He became a member of the national team in 2012 when he signed for Bayern Munich and currently plays for Qatar SC.
